ගිණුම මකන ආකාරය

ඔබට ප්‍රශ්න තියෙන්නෙ අහන්න ගිණුම මකන ලෙස අපෙන් ඉල්ලිය හැක. මේ සඳහා යෙදුම ස්ථාපනය කර තිබීම අවශ්‍ය නැත.

  1. අපට ඉල්ලීමක් යවන්නමෙම පිටුවේ ඇති පෝරමය භාවිතා කරන්න, නැතහොත් "Account deletion request" යන මාතෘකාවෙන් info@prashnathiyenneahanna.com වෙත ඊමේල් කරන්න. ඔබේ පරිශීලක නාමය හෝ ලියාපදිංචි වූ ඊමේල් ලිපිනය සඳහන් කරන්න.
  2. ලියාපදිංචි ඊමේල් ලිපිනයෙන් යවන්නGoogle හරහා ලියාපදිංචි වූයේ නම් එම Google ගිණුමේ ඊමේල් ලිපිනය භාවිතා කරන්න. ඉල්ලීම ඔබේම බව අපට තහවුරු වන්නේ එලෙසිනි. තහවුරු කිරීමට අපි එක් අමතර ප්‍රශ්නයක් අසන්න පුළුවන්.
  3. අපි තහවුරු කර මකා දමමුඔබේ ඉල්ලීම ලැබුණු බව අපි පිළිතුරු දී තහවුරු කර, දින 30 ක් ඇතුළත ඔබේ ගිණුම සහ පුද්ගලික විස්තර මකා දමා, ඔබ පළ කළ අන්තර්ගතය නිර්නාමික කරන්නෙමු.
  4. අවසාන ඊමේලයක් ලැබේමකා දැමීම අවසන් වූ විට අපි ඔබට ඊමේල් කරමු. මකා දැමීම ස්ථිරයි, ආපසු හැරවිය නොහැක.

How to delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Prashna Thiyenne Ahanna account. You do not need the app installed to do this.

  1. Send us a requestUse the form on this page, or email info@prashnathiyenneahanna.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your username or the email address you registered with.
  2. Send it from your registered emailIf you registered with Google, use that Google account's email address. This is how we know the request is really yours. We may ask one follow-up question to confirm.
  3. We confirm and deleteWe reply to confirm we have your request, then within 30 days delete your account and personal details and anonymise the content you posted.
  4. You get a final emailWe email you when it is done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

මකා නොදමේ, නිර්නාමික කෙරේඔබේ ප්‍රශ්න, උත්තර, ලිපි, කවි සහ සංවාද පණිවිඩ. ඒවා "මකා දැමූ පරිශීලකයෙකු" ලෙස PTA හි දිගටම පවතින අතර තවදුරටත් ඔබේ නමට හෝ ඊමේල් ලිපිනයට සම්බන්ධ නොවේ.

ගිණුම මකා දැමීමෙන් ඔබ පළ කළ දේ ඉවත් නොවේ: ඔබේ ප්‍රශ්න, උත්තර, ලිපි, කවි සහ සංවාද පණිවිඩ ඔබේ නමකින් තොරව PTA හි දිගටම පවතී.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted within 30 daysYour account, profile (name, photo, bio), gender, email address and sign-in link to Google.
Anonymised, not deletedYour questions, answers, articles, poems and chat messages. They stay on PTA, credited to a deleted user, and are no longer linked to your name or email address.
Cleared within 90 daysCopies held in backups, and crash reports held by our crash-reporting provider.
May be kept longerRecords we must keep by law, and limited information needed to prevent abuse, such as a record that an account was banned. We keep only what is necessary, for as long as necessary.

Deleting your account does not remove what you posted: your questions, answers, articles, poems and chat messages stay on PTA without your name.
